Looking to relocate to the area and interested in hearing your thoughts on Sawyer's Landing on Lake Norman. How does this compare to the Peninsula? I don't have children attending school and will work in downtown Charlotte. I'm looking to spend up to $700K. Any advice would be appreciated. Realtors, please don't bombard me with requests to show me homes. thanks
