That is managed by LAZ the garage itself and the lot nextdoor is Preffered. I found a lot by preffered and they gave me a discount because they closed the lot I was at and was forced to move.

He has told me his work subsidized something or other. His lynx pass is not $80 as I had read on the website. It is $64.

He hasn't mentioned his building's parking as being offered at a reduced rate. In LA they weren't allowed to offer it at all (subsidized or reduced rates). I know his boss pays the full price, so I doubt it is offered here either, but he isn't that interested. He likes taking the train in.
