Anyone know where I can get fish heads? Specifically salmon? Also I've been looking for pork belly but can't seem to find it in regular stores.

Does somebody out there know someplace I can get these strange cuts?
.

Roly poly fish heads.....

Have you tried calling Current Catch | What's in the Fish Market Now | Carolina Fish Market | Fish Market Charlotte NC | Fresh FishCarolina Fish Market I'd also try Googling Asian markets in Charlotte, they might have them.

For pork belly, I don't know. I think it is still too "unusual" for the regular grocery to have it.

^am I the only one that thinks Grand Asia is the filthiest store I have ever been in, and the foulest smelling (dead fish smell), I consider it gross... never step in that place again..

I've seen salmon heads at Super G and I've seen sliced pig bellies there but never a whole belly. They do have lots of strange cuts. I had to look up beef pesel once to confirm it really was what it looked like it might be.

Atlantic Farmers Market on Eastway. They have a lot of weird stuff there. Those fish heads creep me out.

Pork belly is at The Meat House like waxhawmom75 mentioned, and fish heads, I'd try Carolina Fish Market in Ballantyne. They are relatively close to each other, and I have yet to be disappointed in their products.
