Apartment debt settling??? (lease, credit report, how much)

Hello,

Almost two years ago, I lived in an apartment, making a long story short, I ended up breaking my lease and I owe the apartment. The weird thing about it is, it's not on my credit reports, nor will the apartment place tell me how much I owe them. I have tried calling their collection place that "they report debts" to and they don't have anything on me. I want to settle this debt because if an apartment place uses Lexus Nexus system, it pulls up the judgement the Property manager put up against me, but she couldn't evict me since I was already out of the apartment before she could file for eviction. I want to pay it off so that this doesn't continue to torture me in the name of finding an apartment. What would you all recommend?

I have talked to other apartment places and they say they use Equifax and this info isn't on any of my three credit reports. SMH!
