I know you said your realtor said it's priced well but have you looked at your competition's mls listing? Check them out at CarolinaHome.com | Home Page (not plural) It's the official MLS site for NC.

I looked at that site and can't find my house on there!!! What does that mean, is it not on MLS????

check your house on realtor.com and see if it is listed

Yes. That's the official site for the North Carolina MLS system. I would call your realtor ASAP and ask why it isn't listed. Or request your MLS# and look it up. Maybe it's listed wrong.
