Most anywhere in Concord will likely still be a longer commute than Mooresville (east of I-77). I think most would consider Mooresville to Davidson a pretty easy commute really. The only time you'd have to worry about a terrible commute is if he changes jobs and has to work in uptown Charlotte or something.

Well that is helpful! You think most would agree? If we are in Mooresville, what is the likelihood that you could get around using 77 to get to Davidson?

Actually GoPhils I see you addressed this in an earlier comment. I'll just remember to stay east of 77 in my searches.

Even using I-77 from Mooresville to Davidson wouldn't be that bad. The worst of the traffic on 77 is probably from Davidson to Huntersville. But I was mainly suggesting east of I-77 because that's where you'll find more of the ruralish areas and less subdivisions.
