Does anyone know of any Christmas tree farms in which once can go pick out the tree and they cut it down for you? My neighbor was telling me about the place he takes his family but it's about an hour and a half drive one way. Surely there are closer places than that.

Any suggestions?

Christmas tree farms are all up in the mountains, sorry! You could head straight up I77 and be in Fancy Gap in just over an hour, that's not so far

We went to Pinetop farm in Salisbury. About 50 minutes from Charlotte. The kids enjoyed the hayride out to the field. The farm provided a bow saw.
