Does anyone know if there is anywhere where someone can buy (not rent) a garage unit for their own permanent use (auto/boat storage, workshop, auxillary storage, etc.)?

FYI, I did find out about a company named GarageTown that offers garage and storage units for sale. Unfortunately, they don't have any sites on the East Coast (yet), but maybe that'll change.
