Relocating soon

Just wondering if most Charlotte areas are totally flat or are there areas that tend to have more hills?

We'd like an area that is not completely flat like midwest farmland....Needs to be 30-40 minutes commute to Gastonia....good schools, etc....flexible on price

Thanks

You are in luck, this area is not flat like the midwest!

The hilliest neighborhood I can think of is Cramer Mountain in Cramerton. It is actually built on a small mountain. I think homes start around 400,000 and go to 1 million +.
