Tell me about Westover Hills (Charlotte: rental, neighborhoods, price)

I just found a great rental in Westover Hills (right in our price range!), however we are unfamiliar with the area. Can you give me any info? It's right near Abbot Park. Since we are relocating from out of state, we can't just drive over there to check it out.

We loved Dilworth and the surrounding neighborhoods...
