Berewick Town Center is a retail center located in the Berewick mixed-use community at the southwest corner of Steele Creek Road and Dixie River Road in the city of Charlotte in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It is anchored by a drugstore, Walgreen's #16087, 9428 Steele Creek Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273-3299, and will be anchored by a supermarket, Harris Teeter #3, and a hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites.

Harris Teeter #3 will be a 53,000-square-foot supermarket with a pharmacy drive thru and a fuel center. I do not know when its projected opening date is.

Do you have any news regarding Berewick Town Center? I may be way off with my dates, but wasn't the estimated completion date a year or two ago?

Berewick Town Center is not completed yet.

I do not know when the projected completion date is.

Harris Teeter will be hiring for store 3 in August. The store should open in September or October.

According to this article in the observer from 2014 - Berewick breaks ground for new town center, Harris Teeter store | The Charlotte Observer

The HT was originally supposed to open in May 2016, so sounds like it will only be a few months late.

Harris Teeter #3 was issued its pharmacy permit from the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy last week. Its grand opening date remains unknown.
