Ryan homes suck , I will warn you now . I believe they have a huge law suit going as we speak . We have two friends which own homes build by them at "The Mills" and they've had all sorts of serious issues , they both want out and they're having a hard time selling . Holcomb woods is behind our property and across the creek . Years ago I met old Mr Holcomb himself , a fair man - my he RIP .
On a side not : we are selling our home on 5 acres ....
