I've noticied that a developer is planning to build condos in NoDa at the corner of 36th and N. Davidson:
Mercury NoDa :: Our Future Landmark - Your Future Home (http://www.mercurynoda.com/index.htm - broken link)
which seems to occupy all of the current parking spaces behind the Neighborhood Theater. Does anyone know what might be offered for that area as an alternative?
It says in the article below that there will be parking decks built with both phases of the development. My guess is, they'll be the type of decks you see in SouthEnd, which are very easy to navigate.
Thanks, I hadn't seen that article. I saw the parking deck on the website, but it didn't say if they would be for public use. That's cool, although I wonder if they're leaving a provision for the buses and equipment trucks to get to the backside of NH?
I wonder how long they'll be there before the first complaints of the noise are filed?
There were a bunch of breakins in the lot recently, so hopefully this may help against that.
