Has anyone been to the German restaraunt on Lancaster Highway in Pineville? I don't know the name but it starts with a W. We're thinking of trying it and I'm surprised I've never heard anything about it. Comments please. Thank You.

Waldhorn. I haven't tried it but it must be good. The parking lot is packed on weekends.

Thank You, that is what I was thinking. Can't be bad if it's always packed.

Yes, the food is very good. The owners are from Germany and most of the food is authentic. We have eaten there three or four times and the food has always been good.

Thank You.
We just got back and we loved it. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The atmosphere seemed authentic and the prices were very reasonable. I would give it a 2 thumbs up! Now the "live " entertainment is reason for a whole new thread!!!

I've been for Sunday Brunch which is always good. The atmosphere is great and very authentic. I think it is a bit pricer than I want to pay for a "Buffet" but as long as you know what you're in for I think it's ok.

I saw that they served brunch. I would go back just for the pretzel rolls. Yum.
