If I was school aged, I'd have been frustrated to see a snow "wasted" on a Sunday across a holiday weekend. As it stands for a grown-up ... I was content to stay home, nibble on snacks all day, watching YouTube, and go nowhere.
It looked like about 3.5 to 4 inches of dense snow mixed with sleet in Gaston County.
