Eh, I think I believe Tepper here. For the record, "Tepper" is not filing for bankruptcy, just the real estate company that seemed to be formed for the sole purpose of the Rock Hill project.

No, Tepper isn't filing for bankruptcy. His company is. His money isn't at stake. Whoever else, however, put money into the project and anyone who has not been paid for work/services performed will be left holding the bag, including anyone who is getting stiffed because Tepper's company isn't fulfilling its obligations.
By nature, hedge funds (Tepper's investment product) are high risk investments. Tepper has been high risk from Day One.
