I am leaning heavily towards buying a house in Fox Den in Troutman off Exit 45 (already live in the Charlotte area). I understand it is going to be a fairly large development, though there aren't a lot of houses yet. Anyone have any insider knowledge, experiences, etc. with the plans for that area? Thanks.

Fox Den has been building for close to 10 years. I played some golf up there when the course first opened. I can't believe there are not many homes up there yet. I however have not been in the neighborhood in the last few years.

There is supposed to be a new Birkdale type neighborhood opening or groundbreaking in the near future.
