Interested in all 3 areas!! Is one better than another. Looking at family oriented area, under $425,000, respected area, good schools. All have golf and community ammenities. We have family in Huntersville and would like to be somewhat close.

Thanks A Million.

All 3 are in different school districts.

Skybrook North is in Cabarrus County (Northwest Cabarrus High)

Highland Creek is in both Cabarrus & Mecklenburg Counties (Northwest Cabarrus in Cabarrus and the brand new Mallard Creek High in Mecklenburg)

Northstone (North Mecklenburg High).

I would say that Mallard Creek High & North Mecklenburg High would be the better schools...both in Mecklenburg.

GOOD LUCK!

Highland creek is wonderful. There are some amazing homes for sale in that price range in the Dominion area that I live in. We have lived here for over 4 years now and it is great. There are so many children and the parks and pools are great. They have activities listed in the newsletter all of the time, there is a swim team too. The new elem. school has been great and we are excited about the middle school they are starting construction on. I've heard good things about the new high school too. My son starts 9th grade this year so I'll know pretty soon....so far we like what we have seen. It is really worth checking out. I hope you like it as much as we do!
