The overwhelming majority of houses are in the low to mid 400's. If there's a house in the 700's, it must have gold-plated fixtures. Also, anyone who bought a house that cost so much more than the others in the neighborhood would never get his/her money back. Anyway, it's a very nice community and is reasonably priced.

The larger homes with the yards start in the high $500's and go from there. Some of these homes are into the 4000 SF and up range . Not many of them for sale though. That's what I'm interested in.I'll wait for one of those.

The schools in this area are unbeatable.
Elementary School (Polo Ridge, Ballantyne Elem, Elon Park)

Community House Middle - one of the best in the area


Ardrey Kell High - one of the best in the area


You can't go wrong with these schools.
