Can anyone share any info about this community? It is right by Ardrey Kell HS. We went through it last night and absolutely LOVED the look of it. What is the price range? How are the schools in the area? Is this a good area overall? What about the quality of the homes themselves? All info welcome and appreciated. HELP!!

I actually live in Ardrey, feel free to PM me with more questions. The link to the website regarding the homes and community is Cunnane Group, Inc, New Home Builder of Traditional Style Neighborhoods in Charlotte, Fort Mill, Wake Forest, NC, SC, New Homes, Townhomes, New Construction which has the floorplans and prices for each. I absolutely love it here. The community, the people, the location, everything is great!

Ardrey is really cool, and the Cunnane Group is a very unique family builder.

I wish I'd bought one of their homes when they first popped on the market in the low 200's... I think prices now are probably in the $350K+ range and maybe more.

I think it's a great community -- right around the corner from my office, and I also like Cunnane as a builder. Right now 18 homes listed as active in the MLS, actives sq. ft. ranging from about 2600 - 4500 and $419K - $649K. The location is great too -- close to schools and shopping

There are a lot of homes for sale in the $420 to $475k range. They will probably go for less since they've been for sale for a long time.

Thanks everyone. I do appreciate the feedback and great information, although whoever said the houses are in the 350K range was a bit off. The homes range from the low 400's all the way up into the 700's. Beautiful though!!!

The overwhelming majority of houses are in the low to mid 400's. If there's a house in the 700's, it must have gold-plated fixtures. Also, anyone who bought a house that cost so much more than the others in the neighborhood would never get his/her money back. Anyway, it's a very nice community and is reasonably priced.
