After Thanksgiving. None b/f Turkey Day. Every year it gets earlier and earlier . . . kinda gets me down. Takes the specialness out of the season for me. (Am I just an old Poop??)
It's getting absurd. I was shopping for Halloween stuff at CVS 2 weeks before 10/31 and they were already marking the stuff down, moving it over and stocking the shelves with Christmas merchandise. I went out for lunch today and there are huge Christmas ornament window hangings out already. This is crazy... pretty soon, they'll start their advertizing in August.

I agree, no Christmas Music until Thanksgiving. I can take it on the day before Thanksgiving when I drive up to Ohio I guess, but this is way too early.
I'm guessing both 104.7 and 102.9 will play it again this year?

Ani, you are not an old "poop". I also disagreed and even wrote an e-mail to the station telling them. They said that their e-mail response was postitive (except for mine). Maybe people who disagree should e-mail them and let them know.
I agree, holiday music really should begin after Thanksgiving...however, since we always reserve the right to change the dial... I couldn't care less even if they decided to play nothing but "Mele Kalikimaka" 24 hours a day . :-)
I sent them an email too. Don't know if I will hear back. I am not ready to hear Christmas music. I'll be burned out by Thanksgiving at this rate.
