I have clients that need a rental in SW Charlotte for around $1,000/month. They prefer a single family home. Any ideas?

Thanks but I think they need something further south, say 485 to Lake Wylie.

Charlottebroker, are you familiar with craigslist.com this site gives you quite a bit of info.

HI LOVESMOUNTAINS-no i havent decided on the town yet, will wait and see where i work first,but now i have some issues with, the radiation coming from lake norman, the fireants, and now i was reading this evening that charlotte is full of overweight people lol
