So for those who live in an apartment, or are just plain lazy, which car washes do you use? I'm looking for an affordable and efficent wash that won't cost too much money. I prefer touch free car washes but haven't come across any. I personally am looking for one in the University Area, but would take any suggestions anyone has.

I don't know what you consider affordable but I use Autobell about every other month and pay under 20 bucks. They are all over the Charlotte area:

The best car wash I've been to is Dilworth Car wash on Park Rd. I get my car detailed there too. Prices are competitive.

20 bucks is very reasonable if they are thorough. Ty

Actually, recently saw a new car wash on 49 near to where it connects to 29 that advertises car washes for $3.00. have not used them yet, but, I think that they would be worth a try.

There is a 3 dollar one near my house on Independence but I am wary of it. Seems to cheap to be any good. They do offer free vaccums but you have to do it yourself.

The gas station car washes that are "touchless" do nothing but spray the dust off your car.

I use acar wash in Denver, called "Super Suds" if I remember correctly. It is across from Captains Cap on Hwy 16. It is between $6 - $10.
