Just out of curiousity, anyone know what is going on with Summerwood community in Mint Hill? They seem to have stalled a good bit. Their amentities have not even been started and were suppose to be in last summer. We looked their before our current purchase and loved the homes and plans for the communities. I hope they are still doing ok.

I don't know anything about that particular neighborhood. In Iron Gate one builder (First Legacy) filed bankruptcy and I think the other builder is in the same boat. If it's stalled they are out of money. Do you know who the builders are in there?
