I have tried to research on what the retail will be behind Weddington Chase neghborhood - I can't find the developer, name of the new development or any information on this. Can anyone help me? Also does anyone know what the age range "generally" of kis living in this neighborhood are? Any stay at home moms with small kids 4 and under?

I can't answer too many of your questions, but I was in Wedding Chase last Saturday for their neighborhood garage sale.

There were all kinds of kids out. All ages. From very young to teenagers.
