Internet's on, but my TW cable is out. I can watch DVR'd programs, but nothing on live. Not a big deal, but where is it??

Just lost internet again for about 45 min. I called TWC and they say outages are happening everywhere and that they are aware of the problem.

We got rid of TWC and have Windstream now, I think it is so much better.
