I am having a party next week and would rather buy cole slaw than making it...does anyone have a recommendation for the best in the area...preferably in the south side of charlotte. Thanks!
My favorite cole slaw has always been from KFC. It's cold, creamy and it is finely chopped. I hate the kind you get with the big shreds of cabbage and vegetables.
Cole slaw is SO easy to make. Seriously, anyone can do it. Just buy the bagged slaw mix and whisk mayo, a touch of oil, sugar and a little vinegar together and mix it all. Takes 5 minutes tops.
EDIT: Ok I just saw you don't want to make it. I think KFC has good slaw then
Hmm, good to know. I've always heard KFC, didn't know Chick Fil A had it and I do have a BJ's card which is where I am getting the other supplies for the party. The place on 521, is there a name for it? Ive had Anntony's, definately yummy, but too far of a drive for me. Definately don't want to make it because I am making all the other fixin's BBQ, pasta salad, fruit salad, tomato, cuke, motz salad, cupcakes.....so I thought I would save myself some work.
Since this is a cole slaw thread, can anyone explain to me why Chick Fil A's slaw has a green tint about it?
