Today's agenda is to see my uncle in the nursing home, go to Chinatown and end up at my BFF's house for chili...

So tell me about it Brian. I would have much rather been there than here.
I wish there were enough words to describe. It was about the most unreal E Street experience ever. They were allowing 500 people into the front area known as "the pit". They gave out 629 wristbands, I had number 51, so the odds were decent that I'd finally make it in. I was figuring I'd hang along the back rail of the pit, I'd be pretty happy there. When they drew number 14 it was like an overtime goal or a game winning home run. Now it was like, "How deep into the pit can I really get".

Feels good to see some stuff from back home, doesn't it? Every now and then I'd think, "Freehold...St. Rose of Lima...route 9...Red Bank...". Or during the moments when Stevie would point my way with a head bob I'd start thinking, "I remember watching you guys film The Sopranos about a block or two away from where I used to work. Just brought back a lot of awesome memories.

It does. I felt cheated when Fox didn't air shots of Philly during the World Series games.
Some of the Springsteen songs from the first album have the strongest memories for me.
I'm glad that you got to go, & I think it's great that you got to be 1st row.
For my 1000th post......I just wanted to thank the Charlotte forum, when we moved here 10 months ago I knew noone and nothing about the city. I have learned ALOT from this forum and its members. There are some great contributors on this site, and a lot of them are located here. So thanks to the Charlotte peeps.

Front. Freakin'. Row.
That is an awesome pic. I hear he is flat out amazing in concert. Wish I could've seen it.
I've loved that song for more years than I care to say.
