Thats what I was thinking. The Helicopter was going in circles for about 15-20 minutes. At first I thought they might have been circling a HS Football game but the nearest HS near me is Providence or could it be Charlotte Latin? and this plane was definitely like right over the Arboretum Shopping Center.
No searchlight, there was still enough light outside.
