Steele Creek is about 20 mins from the University area. It's not "that bad", it's actually a very nice area. It's a great location, convenient to everything. It borders Fort Mill so gas is lower than in other areas of town. Homes range from townhomes in the low $100,000s to the
upscale Sanctuary neighborhood with $1 million - $2 million homes.
