Does anyone know if the Salad Creations in South Charlotte or the Souper Salad in Matthews are still open? They are listed on the main websites but I don't live near either one so I'm not sure if they are still there. Are there any other salad restaurants in the area? I mean specifically salad/soup bar places not grocery stores or restaurants like Ruby Tuesday.

As far as I know the Salad Creations is still there. Which one are you wanting to go to, the one in Blakeney, or the one off Johnston and Ballantyne Commons?

Souper Salad was still there as of a few weeks ago. Golden Corral is open now on Independence.

I didn't realize there were two Salad Creations. I look forward to trying them out. I'm looking to add some options to my usual salad bar places: grocery stores, Jason's Deli, Ruby Tuesday, Golden Corral (yes Golden Corral).
