Any reason other than there are a lot of homes in the sub division? Thoughts on any other sub divisions? We are unfamiliar with the area, my husband will be working in East Charlotte, and we would like to stay under $250,000 for a home? From New Hampshire's seacoast and nervous, I thank you for any help and thoughts.
My name is Daren Haskell, I live in Brandon Oaks with my wife and 2 children. Although we love this community we are looking out in the country more. Brandon Oaks has 2 pools with full time lifeguards which is where we spend most of our summer. [MOD] real estate advertising I strongly advise you read the terms of service at the top of every forum [/mod]

Wow - why does Brandon Oaks have such a HUGE spread of price points on resales? There's everything from mid100s to 400k+ (dreaming I guess).

Several reasons. Because you have some unrealistic sellers (like many sellers today) who think their Taj Mahal is worth more than it really is. Some also do not HAVE to sell and figure they'll keep the listing out there waiting for a sucker to pay a higher price.....
