I need info on the Concord, Matthews area. I currently live in a small town in SJ (Delran) the school system is wonderful and I don't worry about my sons comings and goings. He is in middle school with about 600 or so children. I'm looking to purchase a home about $100,000.00 to 150,000.00 a townhouse is fine. Also how are taxes I currently pay $6,000.00 a year. Also I'm looking for employment in medical billing and coding. Any help would be great.

Based on the little I know about Delran and your description, makes me wonder why you'd want to leave!

We moved from Jersey back in November 2006 and relocated to Union County. Absolutely love it here! Haven't looked back at all.

Since I know little about your areas of interest, I'll leave other people to comment on them.

Good luck with whatever decision you make!

If you enable your private message function I can send you some MLS numbers to townhomes in Union county. Basically in your price range I would suggest Union county as the way to go for schools. You won't find much in Matthews in that price range. In Corcord you can find a home in your price range a little easier however. Medical jobs are all over, several hospitals on both ends of Charlotte, plus the main campuses uptown.

Thank you I don't want to leave I have to leave. I have gone from two incomes to one. The cost of living is to high. I have done a lot of research on Concord and it looks like the way to go.

hey south jersey. I came from Lumberton about 10 minutes from delran. Prices here are far more reasonable which is the main reason I left jersey. Good luck in your search.
