Employees of my company get a discount on membership with Sports & Fitness gyms that is too good to pass up ($12/month, no contract). I love my current gym but it's membership is 3x the price and the location is not convenient for me, so I'm thinking about switching.

I work out at the Sports and Fitness location off Ardrey Kell road in Ballantyne and don't have any complaints. I've been goingthere 3 days a week since they opened and haven't had any problems other than the membership snafu between them and Peak. After my peak contract expired, I signed up with them and everything has been fine.

I work out at the same gym as the above poster and have no complaints....your deal is a heck of a lot better than mine!! Only complaint I have is that their parking lot stinks, it is too small for the amount of traffic that goes through there. Most of it is on the "play" side and not the gym so it is very deceiving when you pull in!

i have belonged to the sports and fitness on morehead since this summer. i work out 5 days a week and it was nice until january when all the new year's resolutions got people back in the gym and things got overcrowded. the couch potatoes have given up and things are getting better again. it is still busy from 4:30 to 6:30 but not nearly as bad.
