You know what... I had heard of these "greenways" before, but I think I figured that it was a related to golf courses and so never looked twice. Shows my ignorance to golfing. I've very glad you pointed this out though because last night we skated on a greenway and it was quite nice. I was kicking myself for not knowing about this earlier! Thanks again.

I've heard it said that skating is half as hard as running. You can always cross over to the other side!

Actually, I may have to look into that, but I've never been on skates (other than roller skates at age 8) before! Maybe after this event (it's for charity) I'll look into it!! Sounds fun!

I'm looking for some cool places to go rollerblading in the Lake Norman area with paved paths. I just moved from Minneapolis, MN land of 10,000 lakes where all the Lake's paths were paved and made for rollerblading. If anyone knows of some good places to go, I would really appreciate the help.

Lots of folks like to use the Huntersville Business Park, especially on the weekends.

Jetton Park is not too far from Huntersville and has a nice paved loop along the lake of at least a mile.
