I am in the process of relocating to Charlottesville VA and am looking for a quiet and quaint small cottage/cabin home to rent, preferably in a nice wood area surrounded by nature. The cost would need to be low since I will just be starting out in Charlottesville. I am looking to move June or July depending on when I find housing. I am very responsible and have excellent references. I really would like to find a quiet place to live.

You'll love Charlottesville. It's a very nice area. Unfortunately you will have a hard time finding a cottage/cabin home to rent for cheap. It's a little higher cost area.
