No. We are just trying to find the right place for us. We are looking in and around Chattanooga, north Alabama and north GA. It is difficult trying to stay in a hotel and run all over creation trying to find the "perfect" place!
What I want is a place like Splits!!!!

K.M.Y.: Still plenty of room , newxt door and back yard. Picking lots of berries today.
.. Not much fishin / boatin today, Cove got Vandalized, last night. Battery gone, wire harness cut. Gas tank (Only half gallon) gone, squeeze hose, fittings etc. ,Bimini top safe,. poles /tools left. Unable to move today, maybe tomorrow.. .One of neighbors, Cop.

I can't buy for a bit, as we did a shortsale on our house in FL to get here, and keep it out of foreclosure. It's value went from $267,000.00 to 224K and still falling. Killed us as we loved that house.
My spouse got this one thru a coworker after knowing him one day, and did no other legwork to find anything else. So, we have a huge ravine for a yard, unaccessible too, and a street too steep to walk, ride or play on.
