And what makes you think River Oaks is going anywhere? What a stupid question. Have you actually BEEN to River Oaks? It's always crowded. You may not LIKE the crowds but it's still crowds..

I don't think Lincoln Mall is going anywhere either, any time soon. If it was gonna be another Dixie Square, it would have already happened.

I smell a troll. I disagree with the premise of your question.

Yes and both malls are quickly losing their anchor stores.

If FOrd City is regrowing, I doubt River Oaks is going anywhere for a LONG time
