My daughter is 5 years old. She likes drawing very much. I am looking for a drawing class for her.
Appreciate if any recommendation?

Thanks

Not quite in Naperville, but the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn has enrichment programs for kids including art classes.

Thanks all.
I am contacting a program named "Young Rembrandts". Hopefully it is good.

You can also try Naperville Art League - 508 Center - right across from the 5th Ave train station. - Summer Camps - Naperville Art League

Young Rembrandts could be good, but you should check it out carefully. I almost took a job with one of the franchises about 9 years ago. At that time, they only paid minimum wage. Teachers didn't necessarily need much art experience. The program is a do what I do, step by step, process. It does cover some basic art concepts pretty well. Not much room for deviation from the step by step program. It really all comes down to the teacher. Is that teacher considering herself primarily a baby sitter following the program with a "sit still, be quiet, and just do what I do", type person? Or is she/he a patient, caring person, who allows for questions and can maybe go beyond the "script" to answer those questions?

It could be good or really bad for a serious, budding young artist. I got the sense that it was often scheduled at schools without other art programs as an after school program for kids waiting for parents to pick them up, and the class I observed was not done very well.

Child is 5 and that site is for 1st grade and up. A 5 year old is too young for them.
