Yeah, not sure I want to deal with well water and septic tanks at all. The library and park district access would definitely be needed for our family.

Steeple Run is not septic. It's totally a normal neighborhood. But not wanting unincorporated area is perfectly fine.

Unincorporated areas in Naperville will always have an S or a W in the address. Ours was 5S705 back then.
