Teenagers that you see in the city are often from the burbs so coming into the city is a big and exciting thing for them, hence they tend to get worked up. When I see local teens on the L going to and from school they are pretty quite and respectful.

There is no doubt most of the trouble making teens on the trains are from the city.

Yes, the "urban teenagers" have been causing problems this summer. They are very hostile. They have been causing problems on Michigan Avenue all summer, as well as up around belmont/clark in lakeview. Very menacing, hostile, and looking to cause problems.

Yeah, rowdy teenagers are everywhere. I usually just have my music playing in my ears to tune them out while still being aware of my surroundings...just in case someone tries something, lol. ^_^
