I used to live in Lincoln Square and would travel through Uptown often on my way to Lake Shore. Can't say I'm surprised this happened at that location.

Default Sounds like some kind of weird provocation / incitement ...

Uptown shooting: 5 men shot in Uptown near 4800-block of N. Sheridan | abc13.com

Not exactly the most upstanding of Uptown's citizenry. Lucky thing the 20 or so shots fired don't seem to have hit any innocent bystanders. Maybe some of the folks that push Uptown's gentrification will offer more lessons in "street smarts"...

Ironic. My oldest friend was stabbed to death in his apartment in Uptown when we were 19.
