The term "divesting" is tossed around by academics quite a bit, but what that actually was was upwardly mobile blacks moving out of black neighborhoods, leaving the poor behind.

That why when I hear Brandon Johnson living in Austin, I respect that.

I see you have fallen for the CTU bull****. I remember CPS was thriving when Vallas ran it. Balanced budget, pensions funded, enrollment growing, student achievement improving.

Johnson's achievement to date is not paying his water bills.

I remember he converted a lot of public schools in Philadelphia and Louisiana to charter schools. It wasn't CTU that convinced me it, was CNN and the mainstream media as well as CRT courses.
