Latino is anyone who is of Latin American descent. Caribbean is part of Latin America.

Much of the Caribbean is part of Anglo-America (The Bahamas, Jamaica, Caymans, Virgin Islands, etc.). Haiti and overseas French territories, while technically Latin, are also generally NOT considered to be part of Latin America. Puerto Rico is also NOT part of Latin America by virtue of its status within the United States, but it is in the Caribbean. Domestically, Hispanic and Latino refers specifically to people of Spanish or Portuguese-speaking descent. You are quite lost across the board, man.

The idea someone from Barbados would be considered Latino is laughable.

By the way you can be both Black and Latino. Check out any MLB roster for reference.

WRONG AGAIN. Here is the “official” Census definition for how Hispanics (and “Latinos”) are “officially” classified for demographic purposes:

https://www.census.gov/topics/popula...ss%20of%20race.

If you think a Jamaican is “Latino” you are seriously confused.…..and I am DONE going back and forth with you on this.
