Hey all.
I'm currently a senior at Colorado State University, graduating in May '09, and I just got a 12-week internship in Chicago starting in January!
I was wondering if there was any student housing available for me, even though I'm not going to a school in Chicago. I know NYC has a few buildings available for students doing a semester in the city, and I was wondering if there was something similar in Chicago!

please let me know, thanks!

Where's your job going to be? In university areas, there are very often people looking for temporary roommates, even for 3-4 months, but I don't know of any scheme like what you describe.

Not sure if they still do, But International House at U of Chicago used to provide this type of housing arrangement. Didn't need to be attending U of C specifically ..

I'm going to be at Bloomingdale's on Michigan Ave, by the Hancock building.
I guess its just shock, rent in Fort Collin, CO is way less than there, but it's to be expected I guess!
