To drink, yes. I took my younger cousins there without a problem...but I don't know if you have to be with someone over 21.

As they said, don't eat there. Go for a drink after going to dinner somewhere else.

Went there last night, it was a mix between couples on a romantic date and tourists getting drunk. I wouldn't go there often but its definately worth checking out if you have never been. As for being 21, me and my girlfriend look pretty young but we didn't get carded.

What's the dress code for the lounge?
Not the restaurant...

I think Jeans, Polo, Nice shoes would be fine...you will see everything from business suits to tourists with sneakers and fanny packs.

You can wear almost anything to the lounge. I went for kicks once in a jeans and t-shirt.
As far as being 21, if they're crowded enough (ie: the line extends down the hallway by the bathrooms), they usually have someone to card before you can walk down the hallway. In this case, everybody you're with has to be 21. If they're less crowded, they'll card you at the entrance to the lounge. Other times they don't card at all, it's hard to say. I went there for my 21st and didn't get carded.

It is all about the view.
Been there dozens of times to take visiting upper management, friends, etc.
If you are lucky, there will be a bada55 lightning storm outside and the high winds will make the building sway enough to feel it. Some people even get motion sickness. Now, that's a view.

I'm just wondering if you need to make a reservation or anything for just the lounge. thanks.
The lounge is cool because of the views. It's expensise but not terribly so. The restaurant is an overpriced joke. As others have pointed out, no need to make reservations for the lounge
