She said, with a patient smile, she says, "And I haven't said anything yet."
I continued, I said, "I was within the speed limit, I came to a full stop at the sign, and I gave the pedestrian the right of way."
She said, she says, "I . . . still haven't said anything!"
I went on, I says, "But I can't think of a single thing I did wrong! Why did you stop me?"
She responded, she says, "It's just about the gas nozzle and torn hose that is hanging out of your gas tank."
