Hi everyone,
through another site, I learned today of another universalist site with a forum! (I hope this post isn't considered "advertising" since there's nothing here to sell! And it's not mine, either...)

Do they talk against ET there or do they have other things to talk about?
I think I understand the why question is asked.
But, generally, at sites which are exclusively CU, ET doesn't dominate the discussion as it tends to do here. Still - it is a common subject since practically the whole Christian world lieth in the lap of ET doctrine.

Yes once you get past the idea of ET doctrine and realize ET is not true, there is much more to discuss and learn. Things like:
- what is the lake of fire
- why is there evil in the world
- is God really in control and sovereign over all things
- what is the purpose of this all
- what are we supposed to be doing in this life
- how are we supposed to follow God's command (love - love God, love our neighbors, love our enemies)
But if you approach these questions from the ET perspective you will get very skewed answers. Thus ET must be tackled first, and why it tends to dominate here.
Matthew 24:28 - For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
What the heck is that supposed to mean? Just gotta get your imaginary digs in somewhere, huh? And btw, "carcass" is spelled carcass.
