Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Matthew 7:14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Regards, 'the clueless'.
Unless you are one of the people out selling Christians goods and trinkets, I don't consider you clueless.

But that verse is to a specific group of people. as the following verse says. "14'I will be found by you,' declares the LORD, 'and I will restore your fortunes and will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,' declares the LORD, 'and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.' "

I wasn't sent into exile and I didn't lose a fortune, so it is not a valid verse to use.

Matthew 6:33 is talking about a cure for anxiety, not salvation.

Matthew 7:7 is about giving to others, not salvation.

Matthew 7:14 yes, works leads to a narrow gate.

Deut 2:29 I can't find a translation that is close to that.

I know in our ME culture we like to think that we are in charge but the reality is that God is in charge, not us.

John 15:16"You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.

Ephesians 2:8-9: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."

Romans 9:16 Salvation does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy.

Ephesians 1:4 According as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

John 6:44 When sin entered the human race, it left everyone helpless. We cannot come to God unless he draws us"

I know you do, and you don't hesitate to say it.

So, you have any pictures?

As the old saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words"

Both of mine have many scriptural references to them. (which are good news verses)

From an artisitic standpoint some of them are amazing. Here in Utah the LDS have a lot of great Jesus art, I see them in every home, they are great art.

From a faith aspect they do as much for me as this does.

Indeed. The one with Jesus in the garden makes me think about the moment Jesus was experiencing.

Read up on how theologically off many of the Christian book, art, and trinket sellers are.

Buyer beware.
