The hand of the LORD was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. 3He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”
I said, “Sovereign LORD, you alone know.” (If only this was the starting point for the Fundy, then he might learn a thing or two) 4 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!5 This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath[a] enter you, and you will come tolife.6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will cometo life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’” 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. 9 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army. 11 Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’ 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 Then you, my people, will know that I am the LORD, when I open your graves and bring you up from them. 14 I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the LORD have spoken, and I have done it, declares the LORD.’”Ezekiel 37
When God speaks........ things come to life!!!!!!!!.I also noticed there wasn't a lot of choosing and deciding going on from those dry bones, it was God calling the shots.

Talk to children about the love of God, and the first thing they'll ask is "What about hell? Why does He hate people if He loves them?"
If it doesn't make sense to a child, then something's wrong - for we must become as little children ourselves. (Mat 18:3)
You know those of us who are not Christian and read from the Hebrew scriptures which existed before Christianity know that we are G-ds children and there is a place for us whether Christians accept this or not. It does not matter.
These 2 verses were written before the NT was written and before Jesus existed. It says it all. That when you look Adonai will be found.
That is all I need to know.
Jeremiah 29:13-14
You will seek me and you will find me when you search for me with all your heart and I will be found by you says Adonai.
Isaiah 65:1
I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me.
I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me.
I said here I am! Here I am!
The valley of dry bones was Ezekiel's vision which foretold the rebirth the nation of Israel after it had been wiped off the map by the Babylonians. It came to pass of course, since Jews returned to Israel and rebuilt Jerusalem. It is a historical fact.
Salvation is made possible solely by the death of Jesus Christ upon the cross. Apart from Jesus' work on the cross, and your faith in Him, there is no possibility of salvation.
Acts 4:12
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.
John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Luke 10:22
All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

Because they have lived their lives and made their choices.
Based on the topic you posted, I assumed you did not like the belief that "all hope is gone for those who have died in unbelief".
